Crazy old ppl Is A Scammer

Briefly explain the trade:I was selling/trading my Runescape account which can be found at this post(http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1264039) Crazy Old Ppl posted saying he has a paintball gun/tank for trade. So we decided to trade.
How they scammed: He scammed because he never sent the gun+tank to my house AND he took out all the gold from the account and items and only left 1m. Also after he scammed me he had a "SELF IMPOSED BAN" placed on himself.

So in turn he never sent me the gun and he took my gold and items. I would like all of my items returned or the paintball gun and tank at least.
