Explanation of the trade: The trade was to be his 5b rs3gp for my 105 dollars.

How they scammed: Yesterday I paid Smooth 125 USD for 5B rs3 gp. He had very terrible communication and kept saying that his girlfriend's phone number was on the paypal he had given me to send to and he had to wait. Well I waited about 5 or 6 hours and finally he just refunded me the money back (after making a thread here). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent the money to his 'actual paypal'. Since the moment the money left my account he has not responded one time. I have tried every method to contact him and have waited hours and hours AGAIN before posting this. I always try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but at this point I have other people PMing me about Smooth and the shady things that he is doing to them as well.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I can send even more screenshots of the conversation from yesterday up until today if need be. But it's pretty clear he has no intention of giving any items for the money he's recieved. Also if a mod needs to see the proof of payment on my paypal I'd be more than willing to send them it privately.

No progress, no contact whatsoever.

 

@Smooth can explain himself in a dispute. Banned 3 months for scamming + will keep a DNT he will have to pardon for to remove.
