He scammed my Steam account, He showed me his vouch topic so i trusted him, And now he scammed me, I started first because he has more vouches than me and he got an older account than mine, Please guys take an action on him.

His message telling me to add him on skype :
Steam chat logs : LOKATOR: either u give me the account or ill make a report
Augis15: Don't care about sythe? Haven't used it for years

Is there any staff in this forum?

You'll need to link us to where the Skype account you were talking tomatches his Sythe account too. Just because he linked you to his vouches doesn't mean it was him.
