Explanation of the trade:
I've tried looking for a 07GP seller that sells on PP for 1.05$ and saw his thread:
+25 vouches Selling 66m osrs gold

He was selling for 1$/m and had vouches and a donor tag, I've confirmed with him that I didn't mistake the skype or email address, he agreed to trade 8M 07GP for 8.4$ on paypal.

He then gave his email address and made sure that it was correct, after I've sent the payment he simply told me to 'fuck off' and make a report:

How they scammed:
I've sent them the money on paypal and they told me to fuck off without giving the currency in game.

He might be using a second one to scam people.

I've already made a dispute in paypal for this, do note I only made the dispute AFTER confirming he wasn't just trolling me for a giggle and he was serious about scamming me.

Afterwards I've noticed he got banned, but I still wanted to make this report.
