Same thing has happened to me, I just haven’t got round to reporting it yet. Left 30m+ on the account for supplies on getting ds2 and requirements done. Accused me of logging on and taking the 30m off. Then offered to use their own money for supplies when I kicked off about it - they then did no more progress on the account and told me the account had been ‘logged into again by me’ and taken the gold off.

They’ve since offered me to resume the service if I put 30m for supplies on but been reluctant to cover supply costs again. Above has confirmed I was correct in my assumption the fault was with them.

 

Banned as he's had enough time to reply but instead ghosted everyone and more reports came in so it seems like he scam quit. I've added this to his DNT reasons here. Sorry for your loss @Joshua.
