Users are allowed to back out of trades and refuse going first/middlemen if they aren't comfortable with it a it's a free market, therefore this isn't proof that would warrant a TWC/DNT.

However, @xjosamx I'd like you to prove to me that you indeed own this account given the concerns within the report and how there's no definitive proof that you own it from what I can see.
