Two Accounts Possibly?

I couldn't find a TWC format or something related to that so I used this format instead because the scammer format isn't really the issue here. I'm not really sure about the situation stated below, but it's just a heads up..

Reason:
Bull3t has a thread stating that he is selling

But here is where the problem comes in.. He provides a picture BUT with CDKeyNexus's name on it. CDKeyNexus also posted on the thread saying

Question: Why would Bull3t sell "steam/origin games (keys)" with CDKeyNexus's name on it? Why would CDKeyNexus give him a free bump and not say anything about it? In my opinion, they're both the same person but I'm not officially sure.
