Ban Eilmere for account sale scam

I posted a thread here about renting an account to pk on:

Notice the almost one to one correspondence between its stats and the stats of the zerker he sold on the 6th:

If this isn't enough for you, I contacted the person that bought the account and received confirmation about the scam

 

Can you show me more of the conversation, not just him sending you a screenshot of stats?

Hey, didn't even realise i'd been reported till just now. Anyway, I never scammed Sevi at all I had no problem with the deal we made, but not even 24 hours after he had sold me an obby mauler for my account, the account he sold to me was recovered. Then he tried to turn the table and call me a scammer because he didn't receive gold after he had scammed me. Thought you should have some context.

Considering it was an account for account trade and there is no way to tell who recovered first, I think you need to return the money back to @Sevi134.

 

In the pm's he says he stills has my account whilst i still don't have his..

Eilmere, you have your zerker, Zackary Chermsnok recovered the account which Eilmere was notified of, I am left now with the mauler taken and my money in the possession of Eilmere. What proof should i provide of this?

 

You said you were the original owner of that account mate, none of this would of happened if you didn't lie

 

Please show the message where I state I am the original owner.

 

I can contact the other person who has his account recovered by the same person who took the mauler back if that would help this process along.

He deleted the message i can't get it but i would not have traded for an accpunt if he wasnt original owner,

To answer your questions Yankee, Zackary Chermsnok is the person I originally purchased the mauler from a while back. He then recovered the mauler the morning after we completed our trade, for what I suppose was a plot to make it seem as I scammed him for the account, and he would get the mauler back without any repercussions as I would think it was Eilmere scamming me and nothing more. I then found a player through this forum that was scammed the same day as the Mauler was taken back from Eilmere, you can even look up Zackary Chermsnok and find the posting.

It simply does not add up for me to recover the mauler as Eilmere was already in possession of the 90m aside from the mauler. If I was to recover the mauler he could easily do the same with his zerker, and in turn keep the gold as well. This would leave me with a mauler who is valued at 50m and roughly short of 90m where as Eilmere would gain 90m and lose nothing. I hope this makes sense, sorry for the spam txt.

 

how did this zackary guy know we did the trade on that morning? we never even talked about using the mauler in the trade in public, only over skype
