    I don't have any solid proof, try comparing IP's/Tracing them, he may have changed his IP. However if the trace doesn't go through, he may be using a proxy/VPN. If he is on a proxy/vpn then his IP may be out from Lithuania, proof of him being from Lithuainia is here, in his signature http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1174824

    only memebers from lithuainia can get .lv emails.

    .lv is a Latvian domain.

    Please avoid posting reports without any proof. Why would you post a report and then attempt to buy his gold?

    Latvian then okay. I have got 3 people banned without solid proof such as matching E-mails, I just thought this was that user, and just basically requesting an IP check

    Edit: If the IP's do not match, then i suppose it can be locked.

    Edit: Because I have information on the the first person who got banned. (His Liberty reserve account) - So I posted to buy gold to see if this guy would give the same account number, however I have realised I don't have the proof that the LR account belongs to the first banned user
