Briefly explain the trade: I traded two legit shell accounts on Neopets to him. He was to pay 10$ via PayPal for them.

How they scammed: I sent the account infos to them, they didn't respond for over 24 hours. They then claimed they sent the money, but I never received it. I have screenies of our entire conversation via PM.

If you scroll down, several users post warnings about him. Wish I would have seen this thread first, or I would have never sold to him/gone first.
