Scammer's profile link: http://www.sythe.org/members/381146-king-neuro.html
Explanation of the trade: Messaged him on skype trying to swap rs3 to ikov. Paid him 110m all in one go as i have used him before. I checked the banned players list and it had him classed as 'unbanned'. And after i paid i have not received the ikov gold.
How they scammed: didn't pay after i had paid.
Sythe PM picture: did not pm as i saw him on the unbanned list.

That list is neither staff run nor is it a complete banned users list. To see if someone's banned or not in the future, check their profile! And you should always be requesting a PM anyways. I don't know what to tell you here man

yeah this is your error. check people's profiles and request pms before trading them, no matter how many times you've traded them before. sorry for your loss
