I will try to give as much context as I can below.

I've linked the RSPS advertisement thread for "Gravity Trading", in it you can find Goals David bumping it up until August 21st 2022. This is last bump on the thread because it went defunct after this date, because Goals David/steer2160 appeared to join InjureGP's discord to conduct their RSPS sales on Injure's behalf.

If you add Goals David on discord, you can see he is advertising for InjureGP officially, too. The same is true for steer2160.

Everything I've mentioned thus far is not rule breaking, I am simply stating the chronological events which lead up to the rule breaking:

However, it appears that the Gravity Trading Discord is still being advertised, as recently as today.

There is a discord server which offers to put advertisements out for your server:


When joining this discord, you will find an advertisement for their server for RSPS gp:


Side Note: it appears some of these users have been reported before for market manipulation before (https://www.sythe.org/threads/4172210), but this specific report is different because Goals David/steer2160 work for InjureGP now but still knowingly advertise for Gravity Trading.

I guess what would be appreciated here is if a mod could advise on what exactly the rule clarification is for what is and isn't allowed in terms of advertising. If you look on competing forums: [link redacted] you will see that they also advertise their discord server on their profiles there.

Basically, the tl;dr is - these two users once used "Gravity Trading" for all RSPS sales, now they work for InjureGP as "RSPS agents", however they are still pushing out advertisements for their original Discord server for RSPS sales. Is this acceptable, or does this violate Sythe advertising rules?

 

I thought that market manipulation would be actively bumping both threads at the same time, i asked them to stop bumping their thread when they started working with me and they havent bumped it since. They chose to keep their discord server and use it because of their previous clients + the fact that if it didnt work with me out they could return using that server. I also didnt know they advertised their server in this new advertising discord server but its something of theirs and doesnt link to me at all + is off sythe.

 

I have not listed InjureGP/yourself as having any sort of liability in this particular instance, as I've noted that threads were correctly switched over to on Sythe.

I also did not assert that the users in questions had to delete/stop using their discord which already existed. There are probably existing clients as you've eluded to that are already in the server.

The issue arises with the fact that these users (Goals David/steer2160) are now acquired under the InjureGP brand for RSPS sales, but are still continuing to advertise their server on the side to further facilitate RSPS trading, which to me seems like they're working for both you whilst still operating under their old brand / server.

I'm simply asking for the administration/moderation team on Sythe to clarify what is and isn't allowed, because this will be setting a precedent (e.g anyone can go work for/partner up with bigger sellers whilst still advertising their own "brand" on the side for the same genre of sales).
