We agreed on a set price of 1.25M for the quests Summers End and Spirit of Summer. He started on them, then had to "go eat dinner" said it would take about 2 hours to eat. I came back 3 hours later. He's not on MSN but someones on my account. I message him telling him to get on MSN, he responds that his brother deleted a bunch of people off msn while he was gone. Hopefully you guys won't have a problem banning this skid.

Unless Bruw's computer has a keylogger on it, there's almost no way the account was compromised by another person. Entering the PIN ingame is nearly impossible to trace, so a third-person hacker is unlikely. It seems mopar-user let his brother on MSN, and obviously therefore into his chatlogs. Perhaps the brother is the culprit (which obviously does place mopar as responsible).

This is a bit complex, so I'll leave the decision to a global or a sectional who thinks he knows the situation better. On the one hand, the account's PIN was theoretically only known by mopar and Bruw, so getting into the bank can only be done by these two. On the other hand, there is no way to prove that mopar was the last one logged into the account because Bruw decided not to include a login screen with his other dozen-plus screenshots. On the third hand, messes happen a lot where nobody is at fault at all. Who knows which hand is the real case here.

However, I'd personally put mopar-user accountable for the 2-3m stolen from the bank as well as the 1.3m for the quests. Such a fuss is made over such a small sum.

Doesn't matter what he took, it matters that he took the stuff. If Mopar isn't banned then I can't lie, the report a player system on here doesn't work.

I don't see what that shows. I changed my password right after I lost the items, right thing to do right? Also I can't give you guys a picture of this because I didn't think it was needed but I know for sure it was the same IP that logged into my account.

You do realize that he isn't banned because your case was so weak that it only gave us reason to speculate? We cannot ban on grounds of speculation.

Closing this case. Give us less deniable evidence in the future.
