    Here it goes.

    Okay well i was browsing the runescape market level 100-138 and saw the account he was selling. So i started talking to him through PM.
    So eventually i bought his account for $120. Everything went fine.
    So i tried to log on 2 days later to find that it was locked.
    He said he recoved to delete credit card info. So i said okay recover it and delete and then give me all the new details. He never did and he is Ignoring me.
    i've sent him at least 5 PM's and he hasn't replied but he is online right now.
    Someone please help me get a Refund!

    Please tell me what proof i need.
