Scammer occulus

I agreed to sell him at the very beginning 1b ikov for 1,5$ via/through paypal. However, when I noticed that I get this money on 22 July, I've already recognized him as a scammer. Besides, everyone who sends some money on paypal has an 1 hour to cancel it. So now he's trying to cheat me. On the other hand, who 'sensible' buys 1B for 2$ while others with donator on forum(trusted ppl) sell for 1,5-1,7$
