Also caught him using an avatar from my portfolio yesterday, he's swapped it out because I called him out for it but I'm sure you can see upload logs or something.

The work done was not as ordered, it was a rip off from a template and I was threatned to pay out the osrs. I refuse to pay for work poorly done. There was no terms of service agreed before he started working. He never quoted 15m, his official thread says avatar for 5m which shows he's lying, I'll attach the SS below. GFX service should be paid only when the product is delivered, in my case, the product was not delivered, it was watermarked anyway.

I was being polite with him, and he was hostile again and again so I eventually removed him from my discord.

I don't use any templates, if you can link me the template you claim I used then go ahead.

You specificed a Golden 3D M, with a shine effect and floating particles with some type of animation, and stacks of GP. This is what I delivered to you.

 

It was never agreed that I will pay for the artwork If I did not like the work and you never quoted a price.

You taking a SS for when I sampled a avatar from your thread for fun purpose shows bad faith in your part. + the avatar was not used for more than 2 mins and I'm not using any of your content atm.

EDIT: Funny that I'm even here, doing this, never imagined this would happen I have traded $1000+ and this is what gets me a DNT ROFL.

Unfortunately since you didn't discuss a price at any point during your Discord conversation, there's not much we can do here. You need to better protect yourself as a graphic's artist if you don't want your time to be wasted. I'd suggest creating a ToS for your graphic's thread, as well as discussing price/terms clearly for future orders.

You're not allowed to use other people's work without their permission. You realised this and removed it immediately when you were confronted by Rites. Additional offences of this nature will result in you getting banned.
