I got scammed

Briefly explain the trade: Basically he asked me to do some dungeoneering for him starting level like 65 I believe and wanted me to get him 82 I told him that I didn't want to do it at first after a while I decided to do it for an agreed price in rsgp I told him that I was busy so wasn't sure how fast I could get this done he told me that If I completed the service by a certain time that he would give me more money for doing it faster, the initial payment was upfront and that was fine but he made me do this really quick making me put other things I needed to do off expecting more money after I complete he was like ok meet me here tomorrow and ill give ou that money suprise suprise no-one showed up he kept making really laim excuses like my computer is not working rs is down ect and finally he is like why would I pay you "bonus" as he called it even though it was his suggestion and told me the time to complete by to get this and kept saying he would may for a week...

As you can see with the dates of these pm's he was saying that he would pay me for the time I completed in and as you can see from the last pm he admits he did not pay me as he said he would, I understand this is not the most ordinary scam i.e. he paid something but he said he would pay me more to finish faster and my mate helped me do the dung expecting like 50% of this final payment and now i have nothing to give him, this user lied to me saying he would give me money is that not scamming? Also threatened to report me for real world trading WTF man seriously?
