He was DNT'd for a similar situation a couple weeks back as well on another account of his that he has an IP match with (AMagicalJ): Attempt scammer.

I've banned @Gummy for 3 months + the DNT (Do-Not-Trade) rank will remain on his account until he successfully pardons.
