Crown of thorns - Scam attempt OBV. Ban

Why should he be banned? Crown of thorns wanted to buy some gold from me. He told me that he wanted to buy first through PP but I wouldn't accept that from him. So he asked me what other payment options I had avaible, I stated MB/WU/AMAZON. He said he could do MB. So I asked him my own security question, what country r u from? And he stated USA, now the thing is USA isn't possible for MB customers and he also stated that he had money on it. So it was OBV a scam attempt and he should deserve a ban for it.
