    Briefly explain the trade: Alright so this guy added me looking for an account with CSS on it, so I said I'd sell him one. He's been a member since 07 but only has 22 posts. So I went first because I thought he wouldn't scam, dumb me right? Then he just keeps on asking questions and delaying himself from sending me the payment, then just goes offline.
