scammed by khaleelrs

So i got scammed by khaleelrs!
he was selling me pure rs07 account with 40 att, 99 str, 97 range, 99 mage, hp 84.
I paid 30m 07gp (22,5m for account and 7.5m would be in account's bank)
He never gave me the account info..
