Bbôy TM |Scammed my $55

Hello, I am here to report the scammer Bbôy TM.

We both agreed that he would sell his iPod Video 30GB to me for $55, and a combat level 3 with 5M cash.

Like you can see, he said he would ship the iPod that day, we're 1 day further, nothing has happened.
The shipping would take 4-5 days, he lives in the US, and I live in The Netherlands.
He agreed to provide me with a tracking number ; I haven't gotten this!
I've sent the money before he would ship, using the gift method

I have sent him 3 PMs today, and he have been online multiple times, but he didn't answer!
