DNT Evader & Possible account recovery scammer

Explanation of the trade: The plan was to trade my RS3 Ironman for a Comped RS3 account (which already by itself is really hard to believe hence I was patient). The login name of the account he was trying to sell me was "[email protected]"
(Quick google search of his Discord ID popped up with his DNT'd account)
This is his DNT'D account: @Dewiess
His current Sythe account is listed at Scammer's profile link.
Amount scammed: None.
How they scammed: Trying to give me an account which possibly would be recovered afterwards, also the person is a DNT evader which he admitted to in Discord.
Proof that it's their Discord: Him responding to a confirmation PM I sent
