Scammed by jerneo via paypal chargeback

Explanation of the trade / how they scammed:

jerneo purchased an item from my online store listed in my thread [SELLING] ~ NP $0.056/M (Instant Delivery) 500m - $29 | Stamps | BD, where the delivery time for the item was set to 24 hours. The buyer follows up on discord and on sythe, and the item was delivered within 2 hours.

2 Months later on May 25th 2025, the buyer charges back on paypal, claiming the item was never delivered, and claims I have promised a refund and tried to contact me multiple times to no avail. I have attached relevant screenshots of the delivery, as well as the conversations with the buyer. Never once has the buyer requested a refund through chat, despite his claims on the chargeback.

1) jerneo purchased an item from my online store on March 23, 2:22 AM, requesting to receive the item "Nibbled Cooking Pot Stamp" on their neopets account: jerneo23

3) on May 25th, buyer filed a chargeback on paypal, claiming: "I requested a refund days after I did not receive any product. Then I was told my order was going to be refunded. I did not up getting the refund, and have tried to contact the seller several times."

As shown in the images, there were no discussions of a refund due to product not being delivered.

I'm happy to provide a refund in cases where buyers are unhappy with the purchase, so if the buyer is willing to send the item back in exchange for the refund, that would work for me as well.
