I am posting this because I feel like I have been scammed out of $4.99. I purchased his guide. The reason I purchased it is because he said it wasn't a perticular method.

The seller replied with

Yes. He answered his first question with yes. To me he was agreeing that it wasn't an above method that was posted.I saw this and decided to buy his guide. I payed and got the email with the guide. The guide wasnt what I was told it would be. I msned him sipmply asking for a refund. Thinking that he posted in his thread that he will give refunds for legitimate reasons, I thought I had a case. He denied it, and then went though paypal saying he shipped it, to prevent me from getting the money back. He is also threating to phone the police on me for reasons I am not aware of. I am making this becuase I feel like I have been scammed out of money and a guide that I already knew. Please take action to help prevent something like this again, or who knows I might start doing what he did
This guy is a deciever and a scammer. Don't trust him.
