    Explanation of the trade: I was working as a booster in his server, He kicked me out of sudden saying that a client reported me Because I tried to delete his bank pin ( I already had the bank ping, the client bank value is 20M osrsgp), When I asked for my money he gave me half of it which it was in my wallet and he didn't want to give me my deposit back which is 1800M osrsgp.
    How they scammed:they give me my wallet 1980m and say my deposit is gone (1880m)

    Hey, as Dario is banned and can't see it, we are going to answer from this account.

    First and foremost, thanks for leaking runescape names. We appreciate that.

    When you joined, you agreed to our booster(worker)-tos.

    You leaked (even though it was just me) multiple details from clients, which is not allowed and i clearly said i do not want the details. (https://i.imgur.com/aG7eYCI.png) https://i.imgur.com/pWj8o0n.png (all censored bc of obvious reasons, i can prove to staff, but i would need clients to confirm, as it contains their e-mails and passwords)

    3) We also have tos #12 implemented. https://i.imgur.com/gZnjTWI.png Deleting a bank pin, even if by mistake because you do not understand what you clicked (which is kind of impossible, as you should know how banks in runescape work) falls under this category. It throws everyone involved in a bad spotlight and is not acceptable as that does not add anything positive to a customer experience and is damaging to the service.

    I believe the client, as i don't see a reason why he would lie to us, as his gain is absolutely nothing.

    Personally, i think we are not responsible to give you anything back but due to you having about 15 friends pming me (that i do not care really about) and people (that i care about as they are close friends and helpers in the service) i decided to take a step back and give a partial refund as the amount involved is quite heavy for an individual.

    Nevertheless the decision, would be the same for any other accident similar to this despite the amount of gp involved. Customer safety is one of our main concerns and that will never change.
    When you take a ticket, you are also responsible for the account's safety, which includes being in full control of the work place (aka computer, as some people have siblings etc that could mess something up) that could potentially do something that you dont notice. We had a worker before, where siblings used to do some afk stuff.
    Additionally, it could have been solved fairly quick, by talking to the managing team and it is impossible for you not to notice, as you get a message the next time you type in the bank pin. Not saying anything, does not help in this case.

    Lastly, i personally think that it might seem to be harsh, but as other service owners can probably agree, we are also always responsible for whatever happens IN FULL for things basically out of our control. (most of the times you do not only lose money and have to pay something extra to get everything sorted, but also lose time/reputation and a lot more) We took a step back, made a partial refund, even though we believe that we do not have to do that as it is covered by TOS and that should be the end of the story.

    Anyways, we will wait for staff's decision and you can reach me at any time by the above provided discord profile.

    PS: I'd appreciate it, if someone could see if this profile is linked to any other sythe profiles, as i have no idea how to do it and the profile was basically just created for this report and could potentially give more context to the person that made the report.

    as u want more prove i had client pin and can post it if needed there`s no need to remove pin as every one know while i had his pin,and what i will get from remove his pin from ur opinion why i will remove it ,for his 20m bank ?
    is there any one will risk like 4b osrs gp for ur client 20m?
    i feel u doing that because u want to steal my money only

    -at the first tos #12 as u post say "all accidental damages will paid from workers deposit ......." and u take all my wallet and deposit at first and say that u will no refund.
    and that the prove that u say that u will not back all money after u kicked me

    -2nd clients details was changed from 2-3 days before got kicked so tos #13 didnt broken because details were changed already ,and had prove of that too only the thing that made me doing that because u keep say that u will no refund all my money and to tell u that i have the pin

    Ok so there are a couple things I want to talk about.

    It appears the points of contention in TOB Boost's ToS are as follows:

    12. All the accidental damages will be paid from workers deposit and until the worker repays the deposit to the required minimum he won't be able to do any more orders.

    There were no damages in this case.

    13. The account information of the client will be provided directly by the customer through a PM this is never done through our ticket system. After the customer has given their details in a PM write this down and ask the customer to delete this message. You may never share this information with other workers or other people. This will result in deposit being lost.

    @merkato only shared the info with you Niki, the owner out of frustration of the accusations. That isn't a reason to keep a deposit.

    15. Breaking the rules such as stealing, scamming, consistent complaints from customers accounts will lead to a ban from our services without a chance to receive deposit back.

    There appears to be only one complaint from a customer of a bank pin removal. @merkato had the bank pin so there is no logical reason for him to remove it unless it was an accident. But nothing was stolen as far as I'm aware so no stealing or scamming took place.

    17. Breaking any of the rules of the Terms of Service might lead to a (partial) loss of your deposit.

    Nothing @merkato is being told as to why his deposit is being withheld is a valid reason to keep it. Please return his deposit to him and let's put this behind everyone. Thank you for everyones patience and understanding.

    Let me know once the deposit has been returned and I can close this report.
