Scammed by imposter User

Hello I've been scammed. Please see the information below. Let me know if there is anything else that is required. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Wоrthy#0069 + UID: 810983355944140820
Proof that it's their Discord: Imposter Scam
Explanation of the trade: He imposter scammed me saying he is the real Worthy. I tried to buy an OSRS custom account from this person.
How they scammed: I paid through Skrill, and he said the payment was still pending, even though it went through. I tell him to cancel it and he said he cancelled the payment. Which of course he did not do, and goes offline on me. He also edited the chat to seem like he gave me the wrong email address to his Skrill even though he didn't. The original email to his skrill is [email protected]. As you will see in the chat log he edited it to something else.
