I'm making a report on behalf of myself who was scammed 150m (£60) by him

Explanation of the trade: I bought 250m GP from agusta gloop, initially he said the bank transfer had not come in and i was asked to wait until it does. Which is weird because transfers are immediate and i called my bank and they mentioned that it had already gone through. I transferred him the money on wednesday 05/02/2020. He insisted that the money had not come through and was always "calling his bank to check". On 09/02/2020, he confirmed he received the payment and apprently "his bots were banned" and did not have the whole sum to pay and therefore paid me 100m. I said I would wait for the rest but it has been 3 days and this morning he blocked me on discord.

Amount scammed: 150m or £60

How they scammed: @Agusta Gloop didn't pay the 150m worth of OSRS GP to me after I had bank transferred him the money.
