Scammed by glarex

So i was buying a name for 750m 07. glarex told me he told the name to no one and he also said the owner he bought the name from is very trusted. so heres my question, then how the fk did it get sniped?

If the name was rare enough to be valued at 750m 07 which is a very high amount of money, it means that its probably being watched by a very long time by snipers in the hopes that it would move because of its high value/perceived worth, they didn't necessarily have to know if the name was for sale or not.
Theres so many factors that go into how people find out names have been moved/are probably going to be sold without explicitly being told they're moving and all of them are unpreventable if snipers wanna look hard enough for the details.

Mods r prob gonna ask u for more proof its quite hard to figure out who actually owns a name after its been sniped unless they've told somebody they have it

My ToS: Name will be sold with account ( all accounts are 100% secured, if anything happens to the account NOT self-inflicted I will fully refund ). I am willing to use a OMM if you choose to do so for the transaction. I am not responsible for name snipes if you choose to move the name off the account. My ToS becomes invalid if you decide to re-sell the name or account.

Needless to say i DO NOT take snipe responsibility and told him numerous times. i sell name with the account. if the account got recov'd i'd do just as my ToS states and rf him fully. In this case however, a "snipe" or 3rd party taking the name is not my problem as the account/name i sold him were valid (which is what the trade was agreed upon).

Yeah he's not responsible if it gets sniped, you put the name at risk of being sniped by trying to transfer it that's not his fault
