    Explanation of the trade: He was selling 17M RoatPkz for $42.50USDT. I sent the money, he sent log in. The account was still logged in. Once he told me it was finally logged out, I logged in and the account was already banned. At first he realized his mistake and offered a refund. Then he changed his mind and tried to blame me.
