hey as partial owner of runefarm this is first I am hearing about this we are very sorry for this situation I have refunded all of keefers other scam victims this is first I am hearing about this situation so I do apologize I was not informed if you could put updated photos as requested by tysimpson I will happily help resolve this issue what keefers did was shady and hurt our service but we doing all we can to insure you guys are reimbursed and our service can move on and adjust to avoid further incidents thank you looking forward to hearing back and resolving this issue in a timely manner should you need anything feel free to message me I try and check regularly! best regards skilling scott

 

Same here, I was under the impression that all of keefers scam victims were refunded feel free to messege me aswell if you can’t get a hold of Scott and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible

 

Pictures have been fixed. It's just kind of sad that a report is what it takes to get a response for Frosty considering that he was aware of the problem 9 days ago. He says that he's dealing with it yet none of the other owners were informed whatsoever and then he proceeds to ignore me.

 

Hey teeto as he had scammed you for aervice that wasnt done is there a possibility you can charge back? As that may be an option to resolve this fully

 

And if possible can I see clear conversations and proof of funds sent to keefers please if its sensitive info just send to a mod so they can verify and we will get this sorted

No offence but this waa done fully outaide of our service no mention of runefarm ever and we had 100% no onowledge of this as was never put through our server waa done solely by keefers outside of our service from what ive seen from screenshots would like that to be taken into decision if you still feel we should be liable for what was done not within our services and not affiliated with us let us know final decision after reading this thank you.

 

No offence but that doesnt justify concidering he even blatenly told frosty he didnt use runefarm just goes straight through keefers ive paid alot of victims from this with even the smallest association to runefarm being involved without any issues this one tho I need to argue as using word we shouldn't be insinuating us when it had never went through its a month and a half old and acc is still on tutorial island no offence I think he saw keefers scammed and we where covering what we where liable for and tried to get us to cover his..

 

I feel like you are wrongly persecuting this and bending something to his benifit we have been nothing but good and forward on solving any issue thats arrisen in past what when your trying to use the word we as association when nowhere else was shown anything about runefarm or even said done through us i feel like this is you helping a guy your close with on sythe as evidence has no association to us.

 

first of all saying you never talked or knew the guy is a blatent lie Screenshot - 3e2944aa27e9df7c61b13a65ee19adf2 - Gyazo you the first thing you see posting on his profile from the past when you check his profile so cant say you do not know the guy and have never spoken to him secondly what your trying to say is that say someone in a server takes an order never says through the server nothing you want to hold the server liable when was never throught them he never mentioned them at all yes I understand what frosty was saying there but when we aren't even mentioned and he blatenly admitted he never went through us aswell I do not feel it is right to try and hold us liable on this one Screenshot - c5f5ff5b8e0420cb1f1985a6105ed7ae - Gyazo if he can at any point show keefers saying it would be through us by all means I agree we need to cover it and sort this but without that I do not believe in how this is being handled..
