Scammed by FrostPopRs

you're a scammer so who knows what you would do once you "refunded" the money. For all we know, you could just file a dispute to chargeback after you refunded. I will get my money back as long as you do whatever paypal ask of you on the dispute or nothing at all. I would rather get my money back that way.

That seems fair. @FrostPopRs you can proceed by returning the money to him via the Paypal dispute.

I gave you the money back not because of sythe. because i'm probably going to be banned regardless of whether I gave the money back or not and I could have walked with your money.

Thank you for resolving this and doing what's right here @FrostPopRs. I have issued a TWC to your account however for attempted scamming which you can dispute in 30 days once you've gained some new vouches while being TWC. Good luck.
