Some insight of occurrence:

If you aren't aware the original discord was taken down by discord yesterday 7/17. I had deposited 75m and 100m just perfectly fine. Lost all of the 75m......deposited 100m more built it up to 260m~ huge loss streak came back after work to play chucked a 45m lost and the remaining 115m I chucked then the discord disappeared. with my 115m still in play.

The way their system works.
With Blackjack they deduct from wallet bet amount while game is active. If you win it will double what you bet, if you lose the money is already out. Unlike dice where it is instantly done, due to the hitting/standing.

Summary:
No adequate response either owners...…...A lot of passing the buck back and forth...…
What really bothers me here is the fact that its now been well over 12hrs since I contacted them with no reply you will see from the screenshot at the bottom the text.html document coin sent me with my history but if it shows me cashing in/out wheres my bets why is my wallet empty. Its not like im a regular better ive bet a lot there and the proof is in the history...… shown below.

I'd also like to put into this as well. I'm a frequent gambler on the Discord who goes by the name "Zozo" many can vouch there that I bet frequently as well and I've had the same trouble in the past with Coin and 5WAP about bets being fucked up due to Discord's end or their horrendous gambling bot which always seems to go to shit every once in a while.

There's been hands which I've lost out on due to the bot not responding to my "!hit" or "!stand" commands. And if that happens you're shit out of luck and you don't win your hand nor do you lose it, it just never never plays out and the money you've bet never gets replaced back to your wallet, it just vanishes. You speak to the owners about it and you get no where with them. Just excuses, every time.

There's been numerous time I've had to contact Coin about fixing the bot on times where playing Blackjack and getting a 21 after a hit allows the dealer to hit as well getting a 21 which ends up being 21v21 and you still lose the bet. No push, no win, just a straight loss. I've had Coin fix this issue in the past, only for it to miraculously show up again as a problem sometimes with the bot after being told "we've fixed this issue". Again, try talking to the owners about it and you get nowhere, and they don't refund the money. On top of that, the moment you don't reason with them, they stop responding to your messages entirely.

The Discord server has numerous problems, and so does the bot, but the owners never take any blame for it half the time, and communication is so poor. Its either their way or no way.

Anyways, I hope you get this resolved Rko, you're a top gambler in the Discord and I'd hate to see you get played out like this.

 

I would like a sythe admin to gain access to elites bot (not shin or anyone affiliated to elite)
I want them to first of all check the verifier is water tight so the logs and games can't be tampered with
if it is water tight then check my logs as it won't be tampered with. there has been a number of reports about elites bot, Now they are telling me i have not bet.
Someone needs to have a serious look into what is going on here, If you running a legit service ALL logs should be there.

@Champ He is caught lying to me multiple times I provided him all logs that we could of kept even though our main server got deleted by Discord which totally not our fault.

So he is claiming that he placed a blackjack bet exact same second worth 115M when discord got shut down. First of chance for discord server to get shut down is 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.0000001% and him to have a 115m blackjack hand.

Our admin has looked into this really hard and provided logs which are saved from deleted server. Down below I will mention all proofs that the user didn't bet anywhere even close to when discord server got shut down (which might get unbanned soon)

1. - He has been given logs even though we didn't except server to get deleted by discord (logs of his messages , last text etc I am not sure if I can post that file in here or just send it over discord to you @Champ .
2. - He has been caught lying multiple times switching numbers obviously just to try and get any free money

3. - Him answering my question when did he even bet http://prntscr.com/k8dcb7 - which is him saiyng 5:25PM EST and THE SERVER was deleted by discord at 6AM GMT which is about 6-7 hours difference. (As I said I can't post here .html logs I will send these to you on discord @Champ .
4. - Our active admin Remy was online during his time 5:25PM which always gets dms if people need help but obviously he never bothered to dm anyone because server was active until **6AM GMT*
5. - Him confirming the time of the cashin http://prntscr.com/k8ddnc which is again 6-7 hours away from server shut down.
6. - Most important point our admin proving that the server was shut down at 6AM GMT http://prntscr.com/k8deac and last time this guy was seen is 5-6 hours before 6AM which is also proved by chat logs his last message / activity (We don't share with bettors that we track these logs of everything only because they would try to abuse it but when people like this guy try to lie and get free money we bring that out to prove them wrong)

On their discord they Apparently log The date and timestamp, the channel name, the server, your display name and even your complete message. Screenshot

This means that @Owner is in direct violation of the GDPR as he does not give any insight in the data he collects, the users dont have "The right to be forgotten".

This does not mean he immediately thought of messaging an admin. If a server gets deleted people can not think clearly, there is also a possibility he went to bed expecting it to be sorted in the morning.

Besides what I said about this earlier, your logs don't need to be complete. How are you sure those logs are made real-time, especially in the event of a server deletion? We can only speculate on how Discord's infrastructure and API handles these things.

A) My Amounts bet never has changed...…………...I gave him all numbers to give him a precipice. Basically The hand before I chucked was a 45m. SO that was giving him something to look for.

B) The logs he sent to me which I screenshotted... and shared here has only shown my deposit.....!00m and 75m but none of my bets are there yet my wallet is 0.

C) @Owner you are changing things up now the time you told me it got deleted was 404am now u changed the story to 6am...………………. Clearly shown in the pms.

I'm not one of those guys that are looking for free money its all about principle and fairness my history with your discord and for knowledge of others I bet 20b 07 while isn't a lot to some is enough to know I have a history of betting and yes you gotta remember im eastern time zone...…...I was awake on discord talking to a mate and gambling on your discord which now for the way your trying to switch shit up on me. I regret here...…. I don't understand why u haven't given @Champ access to your bot and are sending it over screenshots.

 

Guys I appreciate your support but id really like this to be solved by admins/coin/myself. No need to post outlandish stuff here if you feel cheated make your own thread
