Which violation you are reporting the user for: False advertisement as will be shown below in more detail
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Advertising that they are "buying" RSPS and such, when in fact they are just ghosting other people who can just as easily sell some stock or could be interested in it. Then when you finally get a response somewhat days later (like in my case) you're told "to not be annoying" and "they have enough suppliers" despite continuing to advertise otherwise.

As you can see, mentions "buying & selling" so clearly, you are open to buying are you not?



mentions here just 9 minutes ago and continues to post again "buying & selling" when clearly, you're not buying any.

Now I have recently got into the RSPS market, and I would like to build more business with and around other suppliers, that way we're all getting a chance to eat. Above the screenshot below was the price of their RSPS gold (i asked if they was buying, and they replied their sell price lol..)

As you can see when I asked if Vaal is taking any "nty" at 8;13PM, yet is clearly again false advertising claiming they are buying stock when they are not just 3 minutes later.





When told the obvious that they are false advertising, like I don't care how many suppliers you have or even if you do or don't for that matter. Nor do I care if you have a server that's completely irrelevant.

I would expect, like any other paying customer of either side of the transaction to be taken seriously, and not just ghosted.

Vaal has of course continued to advertise and bump their thread despite clearly not doing as they mentioned.

 

You have to know that this marketplace is 100% free for both sellers/buyers. No person is forced to do business, each person is free to do business with whomever they want and I repeat it again because it really seems that you do not understand ... I do not want to do any business with you, and you keep insisting, I told you: "I have my own suppliers" and the fact that I publish that I buy and sell is to do other business that are precisely not with you and yet you come to make me a report of "false advertising" just because it bothers you that you have not answered the messages. You are an insistent and egocentric person trying to belittle other people, I ask you politely to please let me do my job quietly, I am not meddling in your business. I don't want to make this too long, so finish understanding something so easy, mind your own business and let others deal freely with who they want.

 

When I answered: "nty" it was because I don't want your gold, I didn't mean that I wasn't buying it. So with this report you want to make me understand that every person who does not want to trade with you or does not have a buyer for such gold, will you make a report to him? If so, we will report all buyers, won't we?

 

As I mentioned in the messages I have my own buy and sell servers, and like everyone else I am looking to have more experience in my work with other people in the market, but in this case I don't feel like doing any kind of business with him, I also consulted with another mod and I am not breaking the rules... and if I am wrong about something please let me know.
