Scammed by 'this x'

I was trading with this x for a zerker account of his. Had posted some questions in his thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=807516 , which had been answered, and so I added him on msn. Asked him a few more questions, which were also answered, and so I made an offer. He accepted it, even though it was quite low for such an account. We discussed some of the technicalities, including possible membership payment for the account, and he suggested I send half payment ($25) first, which he would then use some of to pay for membership, before I send the second half (another $25). I sent the first half of payment, and was asking him on msn whether he had received it. It was at this point that he stopped responding. Didn't go offline, just ceased responding to what I said. It has now been more than 35 minutes, as the screenshots show, and no response. I've sent enough messages and a nudge, so it is clearly he is deliberately not responding, not just away or ignorant. I don't know what else I need to include in this report, but if there is anything else, I will happily provide it if I can.

I've shown some overlap of the conversation in each of the msn screenshots, so there can be no argument that I have edited it or removed anything that was said.

Edit: He came back just as I was about to submit the report, but then tried to tell me I never sent payment (confirmation printscreen above). When I was about to send a printscreen proving myself, he either blocked me or went offline, and so I submitted the report.
