    I need the IP of Pacter
    He's paid me $188 with a stolen account.
    Now either that account got limited due to IP changes or the original owner is claiming it as 'unauthorized'
    From what I have seen he has about a hundred stolen PayPal accounts.
    I need anything on him I can get if it help me get the money back.

    In how far are you allowed to share these details ?

    I already have found everything on the original account holder (Including Home adresses/phone numbers)
    Only to find out the PayPal was hacked.

    Proof posted on request.
