i suspect one of my workers has recovered the account for himself (Guinum1510 he has a TWC) but i would like to confirm it with him before ending his services.

in the meantime i will refund Spiral of his 35m + 5m

Since he's banned, do not make any refunds directly to him for the time being.

 

Okay what would you advise me to do? because i really need this DNT removing, with him currently on OSRS in trade screen. ill just wait for now for your update

It's your choice at this point, the 35m OSRS can go back to his scam victims (which is why he's banned), so you can sell the 35m OSRS and give a Moderator BTC to repay his victims. Or if you still want to refund him directly, you can do so.

In future don't remove people from Discord, especially as this was an account purchase and not a service.
