Scammed by ttg-Pens

I was buying 800k for £38 from TTG-Pens, I sent payment and i didn't receive the coins, the screenshot below shows him logging after I send payment. We discussed the trade on Skype, he provided proof of the coins. I then sent payment via Paypal. He then stalled before logging out and removing me as a friend. Proof below.

Hope this is enough to get him banned.

 

I need to see his Skype ID, a post or PM where he states his Skype ID (to prove it is the same person), and some back ground details on the trade.
