Scammed by 'Dialatic'

I recently got scammed by dialatic... he did attempt a double scam but falied.
Perm IP would be nice.

Just to be clear, I was asking him to log off the whole time. And he still hasn't logged off now.

He's PM'd explaining details and after I review them I'll make a decision. And he's not receiving special help, he asked me to simply look over it. Not side with him.

Seems like umad because he won't do business with you. Whoever wants to look this over, because he thinks I'm some kind of biased mod feel free to.

Also, you have absolutely nothing, your PM's aren't decisive and it doesn't really make sense what you're reporting.

I logged off as soon as he asked me to. He's mad at me because I never did business with him. :l

I have PMs where he's just saying he wants me banned.

I think this ban should get reversed, given to him instead of me, or at least a temporary one.. I was botting his account. He asked me to log off, so I had to go to my other computer (where the bot is running), and logged off. Then he reported me for no reason. I think that this ban should be put on him.. He's trying to make me look bad for not doing this botting for him.

There's no real proof that he got the account back unfortunately because he hasn't admitted to getting it back.. But he also hasn't said he didn't get it back. He only said he hopes I get banned.

If you look at my vouches, I've been on accounts with 100m+ during my questing services. Please think about this when deciding. His account had around 8m total in items and stuff, why would I take that? Plus he had recoveries and e-mail set.. >_<

he didn't log off as soon as I asked... he wouldnt even 50:50 and then he acused me of scamming? even though i said it's fine if you don't trust me I2ll find somebody eles...

*EDIT* I didn't once say I was atempting to get Benwide in trouble.

I don't believe that you didn't get your account back. You're just bitter because he wouldn't bot for you. I consider this a fake report and I'll leave it up to another moderator to assess if it's appropriate to take action against you.

EDIT: You've admitted he did nothing wrong but are still attempting to get him banned?
