    Good Luck, if he's not actually providing the service, and the account isn't being/has been boosted he won't be able to be banned. (From League)

    As far as the PayPal goes, if it was a personal transaction IE. Gift etc. You're S.O.L

    Nah, he's giving refunds and such already. Just wanted this here incase any Sythe members dealt with him and needed help.

    I had sent him customers when we were too busy, so I was responsible in a way.
