Scammed by Delayed

Summary of what happened:

Basically we agreed on Delayed selling me 200M via PayPal at .52$ per mill. Delayed said he wouldn't go first, he would only accept me going first or an OMM, so we agreed I'd go first in installments. The deal was 4 installments of 50M at $26 per trade. We done the first three trades fine no problem then on the last trade I sent Delayed the final payment and he logged out of the game/msn.
