Reporting 99 d 3 fence for selling accounts he dont own.

This is a blatant scam... if his acc dont get banned then he needs to get a ip ban lol, can i also request a ip ban for 2 weeks as this dumb crap wasted my time. o.o...

i talked to him before, he was bout to do trade then says all of a sudden he dont kno pass, then i add him 2 days later (today) he says he knows pass, then he tells me he dont lol, then he says its banned -,-..

1. You're banned for evading.
2. There's not enough proof that his intent was to scam. He said it was banned before he asked you to send payment or anything.
