Report: DivicaSales - No Payment

Hi all.

I have sold my signature space to DivicaSales for the past 2+ months.

On April 11th, 2015, I was paid the $10.00 I was entitled to for having their signature placed in mine. Unfortunately, no where in the post did it say you had to reclick the link, and register after the initial registration, in which, I assumed (where I guess I could be placed at fault) that all I had to do was state on the thread that I was interested again for another month (due to selling my signature space to previous clients, this has been the default method of assuring the client I would be still using the service).

Now, I initially registered on March 9th, 2015 (http://www.sythe.org/14457910-post168.html). Please view the post the confirm that I was registered then. As stated previously, I did receive the $10.00 on April 11,th 2015.

On April 13th, 2015, I posted stated I was re-signing up for this service, and that my service should've been extended on April 9th, due to that is when I initially registered and I had yet to change my signature. (http://www.sythe.org/14572126-post219.html). Please view the post to confirm this.

On May 16th, 2015, I posted stating I was re-signing up for this service, and that my service should've been extended on May 9th, due to that is when I initially registered and I had yet to change my signature. I have messaged DivicaSales and he said there was nothing he could do as I had to re-register after my initial registration, but it had no where stated I had to and I have posted on the thread saying I was still doing so, and have yet to change my signature. Now month two of no payment is winding down in 10 days, and I am certain I will again, not receive a payment for this as well.

I can report the private messages or post screenshots but they essentially say that I am "meant to click the sign-up post every month" (http://gyazo.com/32b45893006c44cf98910a5359562e95). I do not think this is reasonable or I should be responsible any way for something that is clearly not stated in the opening thread. From what I see, as of now, I am owed $10.00 USD and on June 9th, I will be owed another $10.00 (if I reach the post requirement by then) totaling to $20.00 USD.

Please look into this as I do not want my time and signature space to have gone to waste, where I could have sold my signature space elsewhere.

Divica has outlined the processes and FAQ on their thread quite clearly. They have no way of tracking your activity / eligibility unless you follow their processes on their thread. Next time, just make sure to properly follow their procedure.
