Scammed by Calyahz -- TRUSTED AND DONE OVER 20 FIRE CAPES

This is Calyahz's thread for Fire caping... I guess being very trusted and having over 20 capes dont still gives some people the incentive to scam. It appears that Calyahz has lined up multiple people who have payed him for fire capes so that he can scam them all at once and make a good amount of cash. Here are the MSN chats I have had with him over the past week:






As you can see, he was communicating with me, but his only excuse was "I'm having real life issues". I tried believing that for 24 hours, but then I just got annoyed. I told him I wanted a refund of the $30 I gave him. He claimed that he wasn't giving a refund, but that he would do my cape that morning. When I came back from my doctors appointment 5 hours later (I had been logged off), I logged in and I was still in the same spot as before. I flipped out and he told me he was doing it right then. This was my last straw with him, so I let him have a go.... Well what do you know? He messages me in all caps 30 minutes later saying "OMG DUDE SOMEONE JUST SENT ME A LINK IN MSN AND I CLICKED IT AND IT TOOK ME OUT OF RS!"... I just kind of sat there and absorbed what he was telling me. I asked him "now can I have my refund" and he replied "I suppose..." and then logged out.

I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM ONLINE ON MSN SINCE THEN (3 days ago). When I logged in, I noticed that I was missing 8 super restores (4), 350 Diamond Bolts (e), and 141 Purple Sweets. When I actually thought about it, I noticed that I had NO TOKKUL in my inventory. This means that he must have jacked my potions/bolts/sweets, which added up to about 500k.

I know that Truepunkbret also got scammed like me, as Calyahz failed his cape (in Cal's thread) and blocked him on MSN since. Mike_The_Firecaper has been helping me a lot through this entire ordeal, and he can be a source that I am not lying. Here is a picture as well of my paypal account, and the money sent to Calyahz for the service (I tried disputing the payment but lost the claim so now I'll never see my money again):





Any Mod/Administrator that sees this, will you please PM Calyahz and tell him that he is on the verge of a ban. Hopefully that might convince him to refund me, and Truepunkbret, our money. If we are refunded, I will be happy to negate all of these accusations (since Mike_The_Firecaper got my cape the other night). Thank you and don't hesitate to PM me for further information.

 

I'll PM him and tell him to refund, otherwise he's banned. Unless you still trust him to get a cape for you?

Thanks for being ontop of these things all the time Eric! After he "supposedly" failed my cape by clicking an MSN link, I had Mike do it, and he did mine in like 1 Hour 35 Minutes which is insane. I would never entrust my money in Calyahz' hands again

 

I'll give him until tomorrow.

 

He's had time to refund. If he pays you back, than he'll get unbanned.
