Trade: Rare Username "Cost" <-> RSGP

Basically BuysYourGoodPures says he will go first to me and will pay me extra to put membership on the account. He states that all the people who sell him rare name accounts put on membership for him and put on an offensive name for him so it has a different ip to the ip he will use when posting on the forums saying a hacker changed his name. I've seen him on alot of other rare name threads posting high offers and his story makes sense so I do what he says. He says he wants to meet me in-game with my membership to clarify that I have purchased it for him so I do that. He then asks me to put on offensive names and gives me a few and I put one on for him and he is aware of the name change now and has met me in-game. This is enough for him to report me with my offensive name to get it ban, he was the only person in Lumbridge when we met and I never logged in or posted anywhere with the new name. He says he has to go because his dad is needs to reset the router, I don't think much of it and tell him I also need to go to the shops and we will continue the trade when I get back. He uses the excuse of his dad had problems with the router hence him taking a while to come back. Which was he opportunity to report the offensive name and attempt to get the username "Cost". When I get home I log onto the account and I am prompted to change my username, I try to enter "Cost" and it is taken. I am utterly confused at this point, and someone else offered me a bigger offer so I wasn't going to sell to BuysYourGoodPures in the end. This made the other buyer suspicious of legitimacy and I could not explain what has occurred and why I don't own the name anymore. I can have The Black Tux vouch for me owning rare names, and the person who took "Cost" has turned their private off to make it appear like the username has not been changed. I know the chance of BuysYourGoodPures taking that username is highly likely but their is a probability of someone else sniping it. So he deserves a TwC at bare minimum for his suspicious activity.
