Anything else you can provide that might help:
In his ingame inbox I found tons of messages which showed that the email was changed over and over.

Then when I asked him about the messages he didn't reply.
And when I talked to him he said he also tried to recover it. And he send me a link to the appeal, on which it says the creation country was wrong. While he claimed he made the account. And has been only owner.

Also the Area I marked red shows that he knew I lost some stuff. Because I lost Graff. 2H which I found remarking.
