Scammed by "Boom"

the scammers username is "ßoom" --- Notice how the first letter is a ß not a B

He agreed to pay me 350 USD for my runescape account. He said that he was going to mail the money. Later on he claims that my account name is on the do not trade list (which i now know he added) and that he needs the info for my account so that he can verify that he can log onto it. I agreed since he seemed like a trusted member of the sythe community. After giving him my info he tries to resell my account! This would have been fine with me BUT he never sent the money. In addition to telling me several time that he had sent it he then told me that he is not going to send it (PROOF IS BELOW of him saying that he sent it, and later owns up to the fact that he DIDNT SEND IT and that he NEVER INTENDED to send it because he was too poor!!!!!!

IF I AM LEAVING ANYTHING OUT LET ME KNOW AND I WILL GET MORE INFO TO HELP PROVE HIM GUILTY

I am adding a screenshot at the end of someone that messaged me about boom as well, i don't know if you mods can check player inbox's but if you can ill leave it in there for you to confirm that what i am posting here is the same that is in there.
