Also if you have "0 confirmations" for one of the payments, then you haven't been scammed most likely; I.E. this seems like a premature report.

He sent you two payments of $11, and $95 @ChefBoyardee (which is a $1 bonus out of @Rswap for the inconvenience I'd assume as the original payment was stated as $105), and this was stated in the live-chat as well.

Two payments:
1) $11 (0.00138941 BTC) - Unconfirmed
2) $95 (0.01208 BTC) - 3 Confirmations

As I said this is a premature report as you've received the $95, and the $11 will be received shortly. I'm closing this, however if any other issues arise feel free to PM me / create another report.
