PolarTrades Potential Scammer

So PolarTrades contacted me saying he wanted to sell 200b Ikov.He said he wanted me to go first in 100b increments.I told him I would buy 50b off him but he would go first in increments given I have 3 times as more vouches than him , he refused and said "We're both equally trusted" and that he wanted me to go first.After that I said we would use an MM. : http://gyazo.com/38b7d464bea11c95e6fee6fb64668099


Added the MM and him into a group chat , he stopped responding from then on but was still online.I knew he was just doing this since he didnt really want to use an MM or go first but instead scam.So thats when I thought of going on to my second skype to see what he was up to.Guess what , he added and replied instantly. He then finally replied back to the MM saying that he was "away for a few minutes and didnt see the messages" which is obvious bullshit. : http://gyazo.com/d10e074049c247d4214038ab608cd346

I have a feeling he is scam-quitting so a TWC should be put on him incase.
ZedRS can confirm he was MM'ing this trade.
I also think he was scamming because he was selling at a stupidly cheap price compared to the market and could probably sell to gold shops for higher.
