Explanation of the trade:
I paid $1575 USDT for his $2k homedepot and he sent me stolen cards that got used within 5 hours after delivery.

This is his buyer to whom he sold. At the time of sale, all codes were working. The time he gave him to use has expired. There can be no claims against me. He could sell in a few hands but I don't know exactly that.

All I could understand from his agreement that I should pay him within 5 hours not that the cards will be sold/used by someone else. These cards obviously were sold to another customer or they were bought using stolen credit cards and in both scenarios it is an absolute scam and if he continue to sell the cards over here, he is gonna burn more members ofc.
